Global Development Incubator Global Data & Technology Manager

Kobby Addai is the Global Data and Technology Manager at the Global Opportunity Youth Network (GOYN). In this role, he leads the design, implementation, and evolution of GOYN’s global data platform and dashboard, enabling the network and its local partners to use technology and data for decision-making, collaboration, and impact measurement.

With more than 20 years of experience across enterprise IT, digital transformation, and international development, Kobby brings a strong blend of technical and strategic expertise to his work. He is also the Founder and CEO of Noldith, a technology consulting firm that helps businesses across Africa leverage digital tools to improve performance and drive growth.

A former U.S. diplomat, Kobby has worked globally to build cross-sector partnerships that integrate technology, data, and youth empowerment. Kobby holds a Master’s degree from Johns Hopkins University and a Bachelor’s degree from Morgan State University. He is passionate about using technology and data-driven innovation to expand economic opportunities for young people worldwide. 

Outside of work, Kobby enjoys being a father to his beautiful and amazing children and is an avid golfer who believes the game teaches focus, patience, and continuous learning—values he brings to his professional life as well.
