Atiya Yasmeen is a youth leader from Raichur, India, serving as Vice President of the Youth Advisory Group and Engagement Officer at Head Held High Foundation, a GOYN anchor partner. She works closely with Opportunity Youth in rural and tribal communities to support access to hyperlocal employment opportunities and strengthen youth voice in decision-making spaces.
She also champions women’s economic empowerment by helping women build digital and AI skills to advance their livelihoods. As a trained facilitator of GOYN’s Equity Leadership Program, Atiya leads peer learning spaces and advocates for youth-led solutions grounded in lived experience. She is committed to community transformation through authentic youth partnership.
