Tanga, Tanzania –
Linus Gabriel is a youth leader from Tanga, Tanzania, and a Cyber Security graduate from the Arusha Institute of Accountancy, combining technical expertise with a strong commitment to youth advocacy and community engagement. He serves as a Youth Advisory Group (YAG) member at GOYN Tanga and a 2026 Authentic Youth Partnership (AYP) Ambassador, where he works to amplify youth voices and strengthen participation in community decision-making processes.
Linus has also served as a Youth Accountability Advocate with Restless Development, where he facilitates mentorship programs and leads sessions on equity, active citizenship, and leadership. With a skill set spanning digital literacy, data analysis, and social media management, he promotes inclusive development and online safety education. Through his work, Linus bridges digital innovation with community engagement to create meaningful opportunities and drive systems-level change for young people across Tanzania.
