As GOYN CDMX marks the fourth year of its initial five-year vision, what began as a bold hypothesis has transformed into a consolidated collaborative of over 100 cross-sector partners across Mexico City. At the heart of this transformation, GOYN CDMX’s Youth Advisory Group has evolved from a consultative body into a powerful public voice, successfully positioning Opportunity Youth at the center of the city’s economic inclusion agenda. The initiative continues to drive tangible systemic shifts on the ground: the Empresas con la Juventud network is championing inclusive hiring, the comprehensive FIT training model provides proven pathways to quality employment, and operational agreements with key government agencies like STyFE and SECTEI are embedding these practices directly into local governance. Coupled with a groundbreaking Pay-for-Results financing pilot in partnership with GIZ, this year’s progress sets a strong foundation for the initiative’s future.
