GOYN São Paulo: 5-Year Evaluation Report (October 2025)

This report brings the results of the evaluation process of Global Opportunity Youth Network – São Paulo (GOYN SP) program, which is part of the international movement Global Opportunity Youth Network (GOYN), an alliance of youth, companies, governments, civil society organizations and experts, led worldwide by the Aspen Institute (USA) and The Global Development Incubator.
The program has been operating in Brazil since 2020, through UWB (United Way Brasil), GOYN’s coordinating partner in the city of São Paulo. Its mission is to boost youth productive inclusion (focusing on young people living in vulnerable situations) by generating economic opportunities for 100,000 young people from the outskirts of the city of São Paulo by 2030.
Its main premise is that no single actor can tackle the challenge of productive inclusion alone – an articulated ecosystem with shared objectives and practices is essential.
