Youth Entrepreneurship CoP Call: Insights from Educate!'s Livelihood Bootcamps in Africa
For our final Entrepreneurship CoP call of 2025, we were thrilled to spotlight Educate!, an organisation working on innovative models for out-of-school youth in Africa. The Educate! team guided participants through their high-impact SkillUp livelihood bootcamps, showcasing how experiential learning and hands-on support help youth develop entrepreneurial skills and start businesses.
The session included an interactive demo of their “learning by doing” pedagogy, followed by a debrief and cross-learning discussion where participants shared insights and explored how to apply these approaches in their own communities. Facilitators Eunice Olembo and Shauna Davidson brought expertise in designing practical learning experiences and scaling youth programs.
