Camilo Carreño

Camilo is a dedicated leader in employment ecosystems and youth inclusion. With over nine years of experience spanning public service, social impact, and strategic initiatives, Camilo has a proven track record of designing and implementing programs that foster inclusive labor markets and support vulnerable populations.

He is the co-founder of Innquanta, a Colombia-based consulting firm where he has contributed to innovative strategies in human capital development, labor market analytics, and public-private partnerships in different territories in Colombia. As former Director of GOYN Bogotá, Camilo led the setting up and growth process of one of the first GOYN communities.

Camilo holds a B.A. in Government and International Relations and a Master’s in Development Management from Externado University of Colombia. Now based in Italy, he continues to leverage his global perspective and expertise in ecosystem-building, analytics, and inclusion strategies.

Outside of his professional life, Camilo enjoys camping with his family, cycling, and
experimenting in the kitchen—passions that reflect his belief in creativity, balance,
and meaningful connections.
