Jaskaran is a strategy and consulting professional with experience across consumer products, financial services, and healthcare sectors. He brings expertise in corporate strategy, commercial diligence, market intelligence, benchmarking, and data-driven decision-making, with a track record of supporting organizations through complex strategic and growth initiatives.
Most recently, Jaskaran worked with AccelerOnc Venture Studio, where he supported commercial diligence and strategic assessments for oncology-focused healthcare startups, evaluating market opportunities, competitive landscapes, and business models to inform investment and incubation decisions. Before that, he spent four years at Bain & Company, partnering with global clients in the consumer products and financial services industries on strategy, benchmarking, business intelligence, and performance improvement engagements. Throughout his career, he has worked closely with cross-functional teams and senior stakeholders to translate complex analyses into actionable insights and strategic recommendations.
Jaskaran is passionate about solving complex problems through structured thinking, evidence-based analysis, and practical execution. He is particularly interested in applying strategic thinking to organizations working at the intersection of innovation, business, and social impact.
He holds a Bachelor of Commerce (Honours) degree from Shri Ram College of Commerce, University of Delhi.
