Tania Gayosso is a Mexican leader who believes in the collective power to transform reality. With a background in Intercultural Literature from UNAM, she chose to become a web developer and EdTech educator, finding in technology a powerful vehicle for social impact. As a first-generation university graduate, her journey was shaped by strong support networks—an experience she now scales for others through communities such as GOYN CDMX and TechnoLatinas.
She currently serves as a technical instructor, leading the training of more than 350 young people in web development and managing digital learning ecosystems. Her work advances decent work and women’s leadership in STEAM, and she has represented youth perspectives in national and international forums. As a GOYN Authentic Youth Partnership Ambassador, she is committed to expanding equitable opportunities for young people.
