 Transforming Youth Livelihoods: Pathways to Full Potential

The Global Opportunity Youth Network (GOYN) is excited to invite you to join its Global and Community Partners, and Opportunity Youth Leaders from across the globe convening in Pune, Maharashtra, India for its 5th Annual GOYN Global Convening – November 17-21, 2024. Together, we will unite around a shared vision: to co-create pathways towards FULL POTENTIAL for young people worldwide! 

Our mission is to guide youth toward personal success, wellbeing, financial sustainability, and help them become change-makers with a strong sense of agency. We focus on providing the tools, opportunities, and resources they need to shape their futures—building strong identities, life assets, and dignified livelihoods. Central to this mission is creating sustainable economic opportunities, ensuring every young person can contribute to and benefit from a thriving global economy. Together, we’ll address systemic barriers like inequality and discrimination, fostering equitable outcomes for Opportunity Youth. This year’s convening will forge stronger connections, deepen learning, and showcase how GOYN is shifting mindsets and behaviors to build inclusive ecosystems that drive real change.
