Cindy Lithimbi

Cindy Lithimbi is the GOYN Africa Learning lead. She works directly with the GOYN Africa communities to harness and disseminate programme learning and impact, and supports the design and implementation of the GOYN global learning agenda. She is a Senior Associate at GDI and an agile development practitioner having worked with non-profit, corporate philanthropic, and private sector consulting firms on the design of social impact, and policy reform interventions in East Africa. She was previously a Policy and Partnerships Manager on a Market Systems Development Youth Employment Programme, responsible for piloting government-led policy reform in the TVET space, and has more recently embraced entrepreneurship, bringing resource efficiency, creativity, and strategic urgency to non-profit strategies.
