Meet Changemaker Evans Odongo Opiyo the lead at Bahari Community Empowerment center. The center has been on the forefront to fight the rising cases of teenage pregnancies in Kisauni Subcounty and its environs. They have hosted numerous awareness campaigns reaching over 2000 girls over the last one year.   .

Through #GOYNCYIF, Evance and his team have received $ 1000 which will enable them to reach over 150 teenage young mothers with capacity building training and linkages to opportunities. The team will support the young mothers to form a support group through which they will engage them with learning opportunities and linkages to economic empowerment opportunities while reaching to the larger community with #ENDTeenPregnancyNow campaign.
